The Window Fiber Optic Sensor utilizes advanced fiber optic technology combined with a flexible window design, offering a high-precision, high-speed object detection solution. Available in three window sizes—20×20mm, 50×50mm, and 120×120mm—it meets a wide range of detection requirements for different object sizes. With a minimum detectable object size of 0.3mm and a response time of only 20ms, it is ideally suited for high-speed production lines and precision applications, ensuring no targets are missed.
The sensor supports switching between NPN/PNP output and counting output, providing greater system compatibility. With the use of an amplifier, users can adjust the detection object size, sensitivity, NO/NC switching, and delay output, precisely tailoring the sensor to specific application needs. Its non-contact detection method not only ensures high detection accuracy but also prevents wear and contamination of the equipment, making it ideal for environments with strong electromagnetic interference or high temperatures.
