Product Description And Features
This multi-output color fiber optic amplifier offers enhanced functionality and performance compared to single-output models. It features channel-based color detection, utilizing RGB (red, green, blue) light sources and triple 16-bit computation to achieve precise target recognition. Equipped with an advanced ultra-RGB color sensor and three independent color LEDs, it converts various color signals into 16-bit data for analysis, ensuring high detection accuracy and reliability. The amplifier supports multiple detection modes, making it suitable for identifying objects with slight color differences or non-luminous surfaces.
In terms of performance, the amplifier can recognize over 3000 colors and features an 8-channel design, capable of detecting and storing up to 8 colors simultaneously. It is fully compatible with all fiber optic probes, significantly reducing installation space and costs. The device allows for one-touch color calibration, simplifying setup procedures. Additionally, the amplifier offers a fast response time of 200μs, and supports NPN/PNP output switching and NO/NC configuration, enhancing its versatility and industrial adaptability.
With its high precision, strong stability, and extensive compatibility, this sensor is widely used in industries such as printing, packaging, food, and pharmaceuticals, reliably detecting color marks or label positions on packaging. Its outstanding performance enables businesses to boost production efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce operational costs, solidifying its position as a critical component in advanced industrial automation systems.
